These oils are for external use in Abhyanga, or daily self-massage. If you live in a dry climate, it is nice to apply these oils after your shower.
All oils are made with organic carrier oils and the highest quality essential oils available.
The Vata dosha is an excess of the element of air. Too much wind can leave you feeling spacey, cold, unbalanced, ungrounded, anxious, and dry. In a base of Sesame Oil, you will find this blend both warming and calming. Perfect for balancing dispersed energies in fall and early winter. Good for the individual that spends a lot of time racing around.
Special aromatherapy blend that includes Pennyroyal, Eucalyptus and Sage.

The Pitta dosha is an excess of the element of fire. Too much fire can leave you feeling angry, aggressive, opinionated, hot, inflammed, sweaty, and impatient. In a blend of Coconut Oil and Almond Oil, you will find this oil nourishing and cooling. Perfect for balancing during the summer months. Great for the individual that gets hot easily. Also great for cooling heated energies – like anger.

Note: Coconut oil hardens at room temperature. Oil may be solid when it arrives, simply place the bottle in a cup of hot water (not boiling).
The kapha (pronounced kap-pa) dosha is an excess of the element of earth. Too much earth can leave you feeling sluggish, tired, depressed, cold, clammy, overweight and mucousy. In a blend of Almond Oil with a little Sesame Oil, you will find this oil warming and awakening. Perfect for balancing lethargic constitutions, especially in the late winter and spring. Wonderful for the individual that needs a little uplifting.
Special aromatherapy blend that includes Cinnamon, Hyssop and Juniper.
Note: Individuals with very sensitive skin may wish to test an area first. While there is minimal cinnamon in the oil, some people may find it a little irritating to the skin.
