This month you will be learning techniques that help you focus and ground the mind. We will be practicing pranayama (breath), mantra (sound), mudra (hand gestures), asana (postures), yoga nidra (deep relaxation), and meditation techniques.

August Series: Strengthening the Core

The core muscles are important for supporting the spine to lengthen and decompress. Core strength also supports the heart in opening as well as the shoulders in relaxing. This month will focus on many different techniques to help strengthen core muscles.
