Put on your headphones, find a quiet spot, apply your Code Red oil and enjoy this Root Chakra Meditation (it works great even if you don’t have your Code Red oil yet).
For this meditation, we use Chinmaya mudra, which helps to bring the awareness and the breath to the lower abdomen. We also use the earth element mantra of Lam (pronounced “lum”). The mantra itself awakens and strengthens the element of earth within the body. This practice increases grounding, while activating Muladhara, the root chakra.
