Yoga has the unique ability to increase flexibility in the body, mind and spirit. Resilience is our ability to “bounce back” in the face of change and struggle. Practice this month will focus on increasing flexibility in the physical body through posture, flexibility in the mind through breathing and chanting, and flexibility in the spirit through meditation techniques.

LifeForce Yoga is an evidence based practice developed by Amy Weintraub to balance the mood. Each class will begin with a yogic centering strategy, move through breathwork, yoga poses, mudras and incorporate mantra. We will end with a yoga nidra (deep meditative relaxation). You will leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
